Creators by Truth's mission

Who we are

We are a creative studio dedicated to conscious design, human development, and caring for the planet.

How we create

We believe that true transformation of the world begins within each person. Therefore, we cultivate creative processes that stem from self-knowledge, deep listening, and respect for the cycles of life. We work with brands and projects that share this perspective—human organizations committed to real causes and the regeneration of existence in its social, environmental, and cultural dimensions.

Our work is collaborative, sustainable, and dynamic. We develop strategies, identities, and campaigns that promote positive impact, inspire new narratives, and expand possible futures—always respecting people's time, the planet's limits, and the natural rhythm of each process.

Take care inside the home.

This commitment begins with us. We seek healthy relationships, fair deadlines, decent compensation, and a work environment where each person can fully develop and feel part of something bigger. We create with purpose. We communicate truthfully. We act with integrity.

Our partner network (inclusion and diversity)

We prioritize diversity in team building and supplier selection. We want to increase the participation of women (cis and trans); Black people; Indigenous and Quilombola peoples; LGBTQIAPN+ people; people with disabilities; neurodivergent people; people over 50; marginalized youth; traditional peoples and communities (riverine communities, extractivists, etc.); immigrants and refugees; single mothers and caregivers; and people in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability — always respecting self-identification and intersectionality.

We also prioritize suppliers and materials with low socio-environmental impact, seeking recognized certifications (when feasible) and local solutions that strengthen the economies of the territory.

Practical commitments

  • We are committed to ensuring that, by 2026, at least 50% of our team and supplier hires will be from minority groups, focusing on diversity in gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, and origin, while respecting the self-identification and intersectionalities of our partners.

  • Equity and access: anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies; inclusive language; accessibility in deliveries and events.

  • Compensation and credit: fair payments, clear deadlines, and shared authorship in the creations.

  • Regeneration as a guiding principle: preference for circular processes, waste reduction and optimization of travel; impact measurement and transparency.

  • Ethics in the field: when collaborating with traditional peoples and communities, we act with free, prior and informed consultation and consent, respecting culture, time and rights.

  • Data protection: we comply with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law); sensitive data is only used in aggregated/anonymized form for inclusion purposes.

Our mission is clear:

To communicate in order to awaken, to create in order to regenerate, to exist in order to transform.
